Sure Grip is a Chrysler term, as well Posi being a GM term..

The limited-slip found in the MN12, and most Ford vehicles is what's known as a Traction-Lok or Trac-Lok for short..

The Trac-Lok was indeed available in all of the 89-97 MN12..

Check the Axle Code on your Driver Side door jamb:

The Axle Code is right underneath where it says "AX"..

You can decipher whether or not you have a Trac-Lok, and what gears you have by comparing your Axle Code with this list:

There's more info on that here-->>Gears and Axles

Mine under AX Says 5 so would it be a trac lock?
No, look again.

5 is under "Conventional". A 3.27 with the TrakLok would be a E or XE.
