Okay, so a co-worker of mine today saw the image of a Mark VIII I have for this computer's wallpaper and was looking at it for several minutes. I asked what she was doing, and she said she wanted to know what kind of car it was. I told her it was a Lincoln Mark VIII, and she said "it's nice, but I couldn't afford one." I told her they weren't that expensive anymore since they're old. She wondered how old "old" was, and I told her the picture was of a 1993. I swear her jaw nearly hit the ground. :D People still think the Mark VIII looks current, and I think that's awesome.

When I decided what make, model, and year of car I was going to buy, 2 1/2 years ago, I got more than one comment from my co-workers that they thought that the MN12 thunderbird was one of the best designed cars ever. But they also made sure to tell me to stay away from SC's. :p

What might give their statement a little more weight, is that they are architects--it's their job to know what looks good.
