Alright, on the 97, The steering is kinda messed up. The steering feels really tough, and like it's binding inside. Unhooked the lower control arms, and it's still tough. It seems like, to me, that it's the rack and pinion assy. Does this sound right? In 97, were there different ratios avalable? And how much of a PITA is it to replace?
