OK...its a 2002 F150 with a 4.6. We're wanting to put in a 5.4. What's it gonna take?

I come here because of the Ford expertise! A lot of the truck drivers aren't quite as inclined. COOL

I do believe the only things you should need is the engine itself and the intake manifold. Every thing else you have. You will probably need a chip to make use of the extra power from the 5.4. But you are making a good choice going with the 5.4 in the truck. I had a 98 with a 4.6 and that thing was a dog and now i got a 2001 with a 5.4 which is much better. I know the 98 was an NPI just incase somebody wants to say something about that.
