i was looking at purchasing a trans cooler soon and i had a quick question...would i want a tube & fin design or the plate style trans cooler. and im running a stock converter right now, but maybe in the futur upgrading to a markviii/marauder, what size should i go with.

Stacked plate is the most efficient from what I've read.
I have a 24k from Hayden, and it works very well. I ran into a speedbump when installing it - I had to cut some material from the factory radiator fitting to make the "quick-connect" fitting work.

Ditto the above. Also, as a lesser thing, the stacked plate design is MUCH more durable. The tube and fin will bend and get all ugly if you're not careful.

I just installed a 40k in my bird.. i like it :) Its F'n huge but if your good you can get it in there.
