Wondering if I've done my math correctly.
Bird is Eibach lowered 1.5 inch.
The wheel is an Advanti Racing Cammino 18x8/5x108 --- with 45mm of offset!!
The tire will be a 245-45-18.
I'm figuring that the backspace on that wheel is about 6.27 inches.
If I used a 3mm wheel spacer to bring the offset to 42mm and backspace to 6.17 inches,
do you think that would be enough?
I'm kina stuck on this wheel since it's the closest, IMO, to my soon to be retired set of Borbet FS - which
is no longer being made.
I need to upgrade because the new motor with four cams (NMW4Cs) started up for the
first time last week! (Thank you TCCoA for all the help)
Exhaust sys. goes in next week and my first ticket and summons will be shortly there after.
Thanks for any help
P.S.
I see that my "what I got list" is a little out of date

It'll be tight, but probably fit. Ideal is 35 or 36 for an 18x8 or 18x9. I run 35, and I have about 1/2" clearance to the spindle.

They will tuck in significantly.

Here's a good calculation site.
https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?wheel1=225-60-16X7ET39&wheel2=245-45-18X8ET42&fcl=38mm&scl=15mm&wcl=64mm&sr=0mm

Thank you very much Woodman, you saved me from a expensive error.
I have a calculation site but not near as good or as clearly illustrated as the one you posted.
I am using it!
Great job and thanks for taking the time to steer me in the right direction.
I'm gonna need a bigger spacer.

Great calculator. Thanks for sharing, I haven't seen that one before.
