I wanna buy some underdrive pulleys and i was surfing eBay and i found some 96- 98 underdrive pulley sets for pretty cheap, around 80-100. 2 questions; will they work with my 95 NPI, and i dont see any that include a new harmonic balancer, if they dont include one which one should i buy for the pulleys?

Thats debatable. As much as piggybacks are frowned upon, theres quite a bit horror stories with the ASP/steeda SFI approved dampers shattering the oil pump gears.

My honest take on it is the factory crank pulley still does the best job of dampening vibrations, and will still do its job when piggybacked to the underdrive pulley.
