Just wanted opinions on which upper and lower arms might be better: TRW or Moog?

The time has come to change ball joints on my '96 so I figured while I had the car on the lift I'd go ahead and rework the suspension all around before I decide whether or not to lower the car.

I noticed that vogtland springs are a bit cheaper but are not the compound rate like the Eibachs. A bit of insight here would be appreciated from owners of either set as to the pros and cons of either.

Also, will it matter much if I drop the car before or after the planned engine swap? Will the difference in engine mass play MAJOR factors with ride height in the car setup? I know there would be some, but exactly how much (estimated) could be expected?

*edit I just realized that I meant to post this in the general tech forum...sorry guys...

Either TRW or Moog will be fine.
