Well the sorce of my collant loss seems to be a cracked C&L Intake plenum (anyone else have this problem with them) Intake seems fine and so does gasket. MY Car is tuned for this lenum and a 70MM TB and 02 GT MAF and assembly. Do I go C&L again or is it not as good as others or do I put on stock :( or go with something else. Id liekto make an informed decision too as it is at the mechanics being diagnosed along with heater probs. Thanks all who can help a fellow Ford owner.

the intake plunim have no coolant circulate thru it, so it might be other area other than the plenum.

CORRECTION the mechanic confused me the Upper intake plenum elbo is fine ( no collant there duh) the lower part of the intake manifold plenum is cracked like most 96-97 doo I do have a PI intake from our very own Ford Parts counter and most of the parts needed fr upper end PI swap. I will wait later for the swap just for now the New PI intake n my 97 Bird 4.6 Besides the new gaskets and extra silicone to swap what do I need to make the PI intake onthe npi heads work? Is there a rightup or pictorial one of youmay have made? The complete PI right up might not be the best as it is more than I am doing. The help is appreciated. Ill bring my new intake from home and the box of swap parts and see what we can do to my motor. thanks
