Have some smoke on pullout after sitting.


How hard to change on 4.6??

Changed them and keepers ETC. on 5.0 and a few others, how different is it.

The hardest part is getting to them, but it's not that bad, I guess. I did mine with the heads off, but I can imagine that actually getting the seals off on the car would be a pain. The valve seals and the spring seats are one and the same, and they can seal themselves to the head pretty good, and the end ones are hard to get into to yank them off. It's been done plenty of times before, so it can't be that hard though.

Guess they are a little different, I'll tear into em and see what's going on. Always something new and exciting.
