Do i have to route the belt under the water pump or could i route it going over the pump?

I'm not to sure on the belt routing on the SC motors. But if you change witch side of the pulley the belt is on there is a good chance you will reverse the wp rotation that can't be good.

look at the pulley, if the pulley is smooth the backside of the belt goes on that pulley.. if the pulley is grooved the grooved side of the belt goes on that pulley.

it's not hard to figure out.. just start on the crank pulley and work your way around each pulley.. taking careful note if the pulley is smooth or grooved.
