Ok.
So a car making 518 HP weighs a whopping 4900 pounds does the quarter in 13.0.

Losing 1000 pounds should do what for it?

I know there is other factors but round about.....

Remember, your real world numbers my vary.
Exactly, because power and weight are only two factors in the large equation we like to call the 1/4 mile. Power and weight play a pretty big role, but traction, driver ability, and air quality probably play an even larger role than power or weight.

That is correct, the calculators are just a good estimate based on perfect conditions and everything is done best case scenario.
