There is '95 up for auction and the pic of the engine shows a 96-97 engine for some reason. Also the paint looks to be the color changing one...

Item:1873385827

notice the passenger door trim...hmmm interesting. Any comments?

oh crap!!!

thats my same paint job!!! Well it looks like they changed the engine maybe the engine got messed up, b/c it is a 96-97 engine, the 94-95's had that plastic upper intake. Well if i had the money i would definatly buy her, my paint job is a very unique one. Plus it looks awsome when u stand in one spot it looks purple then you move a bit and its blue, I love it!!!!!!!!!

No.

The 96-97 had the plastic upper intake which has a tendency to crack.

The 94-95s have a hard plastic intake tube instead of the rubber one the 96-97s have.

Hi Jim,

Looks like a nice car. It looks alot nicer than a car of that year/mileage should look. The headlights look new, either means the previous owner was anal about clear headlights like I am, or the car was in a wreck. The interior looks like it might have had some water damage, just by looking at it it doesn't look right. The paint looks new, usually that chameleon color had a tendancy to flake off or fade real bad.

The motor is deffinitely a 96-97 motor.

My guess is the guage is probably a gas guage, because it has the red on the extreme left of the guage, when a pressure guage would have red on both extremes of the guage.

Overall, I would like to have this car as a daily driver. It looks real good, and has the 96+ motor. It will probably go for dirt cheap on ebay because tbirds don't hold a high value anywhere.

Somebody with a carfax might want to check it out for accident or swimmer history.

interesting bird.

Keith,

The orange injectors are stock 19# injectors. I thought that all the 96-97's had the orange injectors? I have seen alot of guys at meets with the orange injectors in 96+ cars.

My 95 has yellow injectors, which are 19# also.

Could someone point out if I am wrong here?

Re: Hey Justin...

Jim,
Haven't bought the sc yet. The lx is getting sold this week, and I will have the funds to make the trip to go and buy the sc a couple weeks after that.
Anyway, here is a picture of the car.

Someday it will be mine, yes someday.

Did you post any pics of your SC yet? If so, I missed it. I'd love to see them. Thanks.

definately had a 96-97 engine put in, you can even see where he used generic hose, and re-routed some of the harness to work.

orange could be alot of different ratings, as they could be ford, lucas, msd, etc.
