Why would you want to bypass that sensor? Just take the crossover off and have it drilled out by a machine shop, cost me 10 bucks. You could even drill out your water neck on the thermostat. I got my intake from Jason for like $180 i think? You also need the PI coolant tube under the intake manifold, and the water pump nipple. Reuse your upper plenum, fuel system, and EGR crap and use those pics that i posted in that second link as a reference to where to put the RTV. Get some heater hose and a 90degree bend to reroute your heater hose since it will need to go like 6 inches farther because of the PI coolant tube under the intake. I think it took me 2.5hrs taking everything off, putting the new one on and letting it sit overnight for the RTV to dry, then an hour or so putting all the sensors, ect back together on the intake. I took my time since i just wanted to do it once, and I never really did anything this extreme before.
