I have P215/70R15 on my car right now, and I'm looking to buy some 18x8 or 17x7.5 rims on, what size tire do I need? Or does anyone have a website I can use?

Proportionally, based on my own crude calculations, I'd say you could start with 245/50 for the 17s or 255/45 for the 18s.

I looked at tire rack, they said 245/45 for the 18's. I guess I just didn't know if the width of the rim mattered a whole lot or not.
