We generally say "The Cougar" or "The Coug". One time in a check-out line my wife and I where discussing something and she ask me if I was taken my Cougar, The lady in front of us gave me a weird look haha.

Velma. My previous bird was Daphne. It's a Scooby-Doo thing, I guess.

Any particular reason why you guys have named your cars what you've named them?

jhiland32 and GottaHaveHart gave me this idea :).

To answer my question here to everyone, I've named her Pearl because of her paint; Pearl White :). That, and Pearl is a hawt name as well ;).

"That worthless heap of $h!t", Sometimes I when I don't hate it so much I call it the "Stincoln Lincoln" I mentally misspell Stinkin' when I say it :D Sometimes we just refer to it as "The Lincoln"
I think our Ranchero has a name, but I don't know what it is.

I as a rule don't name cars, I just drive them until I get bored with them...
However my 87 Sundance was, "The Starship Super Slug"

Althought I have never been into naming my rides, my 76-year-old mom named mine Tina right after I emailed her the pics after I bought it. She called it "Tina the Thunderbird". LOL

Of course, this is 180 out from what she thinks of my Torino. She's like, "When are you going to sell that old car," when the Torino comes up in conversation.

With the Tbird, she's like, "Oh, you're a mechanical genius. You can fix anything!"

Every car Ive named, I have had to sell it for one reason or another. So no name but its definitly a female. Never cooperates and takes up most of my time and money. But I love every minute of it.
