Depends what year and the condition of the bumper.
Out the door price for a front bumper is usally $45 from junkyards around here.

Some of the more sought after bumpers might be from an early SC, with the SC engraved where the front lisence plate goes, or one without the side marker cutouts. Especially if it doesnt have any broken tabs on the lower valance.
A 94/95 bumper with a good lower air dam is a nice piece also, and I havent seen many 96/97 bumpers locally.

Anything else isnt going to be worth as much unless somebody really needs it, or you have it in a specific color, etc ..

The owner of the junkyard that I frequent charges more for body parts that are red. He said the red paint is more expensive than other colors.

I just made a deal with a member here for a 93 front bumper. He was going to give me $25 for it but I just decided he needed it more than I needed the money.

So I say GIVE THEM AWAY!!!!......j/k

Actually shipping isn't that bad. I just bought a bumper for a 99 cougar from a guy in CA. He wrapped it in cellophane, and send it via Greyhound. Total cost for the bumper + shipping was less than a hundred bucks. (can't remember the exact number now)
