Wheel Fitment '94

Greetings. I have learned a ton from this forum and the things it's members offer. I am in need of help today, as I am trying to order wheels and tires for my '94 Thunderbird LX.
I purchased this car for my mother brand new back then, and I have been upgrading a few things. She has since passed away, and I plan to keep this car. The wheels I chose are the Weld Ventura S104 Series. Will these fit all four corners without any modifications? I also ordered the 1.6" Eibach lowering Springs

Will these wheels fit? From what I read, I believe they will.

Specs:
5 x 108mm|5 x 4 1/4 in.
Offset: +38.00mm
Backspacing (in.): 6.000 in.
Center Bore Diameter (in.): 2.857 in.

32mm offsets for 8" wheels will tuck the wheels in a little better but +38 should still fit OK. The outer edges of the wheels will be a little further out with that size.

I run 255/45 in front and 255/50 in rear.
