When do you guys go to the track?

I think our next local event will be at MIR on Oct 15th and 16th. That's the Ford Fever Classic. I'll be there but I won't be running unless my new fuel injectors get here before then.

Ive been up to MIR once. Its like a 3 1/2 hour drive for us, but heck I'll do it if I have the time to. BTW I found out that one of the members here in Norfolk is actually best friends with the president of my truck club. Gary Neff, small world huh?

How is Gary? I haven't seen him for a couple years.

Hes doin pretty good. Last time I saw him we were hangin out at a BBQ drinkin some cold ones.

There's also bud's creek...Only two more weeks left. I won't be racing this week, but I plan on closing out the season next week! I just ordered a bunch of junk, and it should be in by Monday. I plan to be low 14's or high 13's, but we'll see. It's 20 to race 8 to watch. It not match racing, it's race the clock.

I was at MIR for the first day of the Ford Fever Classic last weekend. I'm going to try and have the back back together for Noverber 6th which is imports vs domistics.

Yea...I will be going to Import vs DOmestic...It's to only event I go to all year that counts. Last year an import almost won the dual power adders catagory. See ya up there.

I don't know how I'll do but if the car is running I'll be in the dual power adder catagory.

Well...some of those cars do 8's in the dual power adder, and I think some are pro stock...Good luck man...I was going to purchase an svo blower before I go, but I dont think I'll have a tune that will allow anything under 13 before then. Winner gets 1k, quarter qualifier get 100...so, you'll atleast be able to fill your tank...LOL Good Luck man.

The flyer I got in the mail says that all cars must be street legal. I don't know the last time I saw a 4 banger even with two powers that was street legal run 8's.

I just looked at it...LOL...you right. Never said I could read though. Well...I'll check ya out up there, was thinking about maybe the show...but I wouldn't really think I'd win. So I'll jsut be there to watch.

Just race. If you don't make the quickest 16, which I probaly won't, then you just get bumped to the backet class.

The NA V8's will be in the same class. You would just run brackets.
