Bad info...
This is what I'm talking about. First the crankshaft bolt is a torque-to-yield type, meaning it stretches when installed and torqued. That means you SHOULDN'T re-use it. I would also get a new washer was well, but it's not my car.
Second this bolt is less than $5.00 from your Ford dealer (p.n. F1AZ-6A340-A). Third to install ASP underdrives, you need a longer bolt to START the pulley onto the shaft. Then you remove that bolt and install a NEW stock bolt and torque it to the recommendation by ASP. It's 115-120 lb.-ft. in the Ford service manual. Don't forget the dab of high temp RTV to the keyway of the pulley before you install it or it will leak oil.
