Ive been looking for the door switch in my fathers 95 Ranger, but cant find anything that resembles one. On our birds its pretty obvious where it is.. Its just a little button on the front, you can push it in, and the dome lights and alarm will shut off.. I cant for the life of me find anything like that on the Ranger..

Anyone have any clue?

Reason i ask is because my dad is having problems. Something is fouled up where it doesn't detect that the door is shut.. The dome light stays on and every few minuets while driving, the door alarm will sound, then shut off again..

is it inside the latch itself? Do you have to pretty much take the door apart to get to it? :\
