I know there might be more than one answer to this question.

Heres the needed parts.

I need to pick up some OEM quality stuff for my 94 bird.

2 steering rack elbows both return and pressure

an idler pulley and serp belt tensioner for a 94 4.6

Also if possible to buy a goodyear gatorback belt as well for the same car.

I can pay asap.

You should also check rockauto.com
I've found good quality parts for crazy cheap pricing there (Brembo rotors for closeout @ $20, Motorcraft rear shocks for $10.77 -- also closeout are my two favorite examples).

There's always a 5% off coupon you can find (search this site).

Yeah.."Rock Auto" has crazy "Rock Bottom" prices on some discontinued Motorcraft parts..

Problem I always run into is..I need a pair, and they have (1 in stock)

You can do what I do. I buy online at advanceautoparts.com and use the 40% off coupon.

Generally beats Rockauto on everything.

So whats the 40% code?

Rockauto's shipping prices are horrible sometimes, so I will check on amazon and save money with their free shipping. (when available)

I've had good luck with Gatorback belts on Ebay.

If you buy around $50 worth, use ES123 as the discount code and that will save you $20 - 40%
There are other codes, but that is what I've found works the best.

And yes, Amazon works well too!
And I got my Gatorback from eBay for $10

I have used www.tascaparts.com for OEM parts also. They are way cheaper than my local dealer.

I get parts from http://www.FastPartsNetwork.com sometimes. It works well when I am too tied up at work to go to the dealer. I think his prices are pretty low as well.
