I've got a friend that works at Thunder Valley in Noble, OK (he's been trying to get me to get me to race my car......I will as soon as brakes get fixed ) and he told me that there's this one old, old guy that goes every Friday night for test and tune in an old Town Car or Continental or some big mushy car like that. He runs 19's.
I kid you not I have seen a couple old 20's cars go. Actually I think one was a earlier model like a 1919 or something. I had a pic and posted when I saw it but I lost it now. It was funny because they ran like a 26.something and a 28.something for the 1/4 time. It was funny. If I find the pics I will post them.
hey, im driving one of those till i get a new bird.... and hey, i do burnouts in it, even though it is fwd. and i do beat civics with it, which is pathetic, cause it is slower than my old 3.8 bird. -greg

There is a nice SC coming up for auction in Raleigh Dec 6th. I saw the car at the last auction in June, sat in it, etc. It's really in nice, original condition. https://inventory.raleighclassic.com/vehicles/51/1989-ford-thunderbird
Well, I have the opportunity to help convert a garage into a private arcade/man-cave because one of my friends has been collecting vintage arcade machines for a while and has run out of space. The challenge is that the garage has an unfinished ceiling and the apartment above the garage has...
