Ok i kno you can but performance springs for a t-bird made for a t-bird but i kno i can get mustangs off of a Mustang GT cheaper and was wondering if they would fit

YES all you have to do is back half the rear and install a solid rear axle and cut off a front end from a stang and swap your front end out. Beware there may be a little bit of cutting and welding involved
