I pulled a 5.0/AOD out of a '93 cougar for another project...then decided to pull the IFS from it as well...but I never looked at the frame height before pulling the engine...
I was going to put the IFS and IRS under a buddies '48 F1, but I don't know what the stock heigth would be....just tryng to get an idea of where his frontend wil sit with the Cougar IFS...it'll be bolted on in the same way (under the rails) as the Cougar was, then I'll build some upper control arm mounts and coil pads for him.
So I guess to narrow the question some, if I know what it (heigth) was "stock" and tire size, I can get a pretty good idea of where he'll be sitting.
