Ok, Did some checking over the weekend on the 4.6L for a vacuum leak. Nothing seemed obvious. Tonight I'm going to break out the "Carb Cleaner" to do the "spray test" to see if the idle varies.

Here is my question, would a bad PCV Valve cause the "lean" code that I'm receiving? I recently put the stock MAF back into the equation, and I'm still throwing lean codes.

when I had that code come up i replaced my O2 sensors still had the code.It ended up being the cheap plug wires i had put on.Replaced them with Motorcraft ones and it fixed the problem.Good Luck on fixing it.
