i was googling on how to clean yellow head lights and got some info.
you can get a huge improvement just by cleaning the outside of them..

i read about people using thousand grit sand paper then buffing with somthing not as rough as sand paper with toothpaste.

i didnt have sand paper, so i just took a rough sponge thing and a **** load of tooth paste. buffed each one for about 5minutes in a circular motion and it did pretty damn good. im surprised. not saying they look brand new but a damn good improvment.

the harder you work the better they look.

The parts stores actually have a "kit" for about $20 which does a real nice job if you spend some time..........it actually contains 2 different grit grades of sandpaper also.......works great.

Mequires offers a product called Plastx which I've used. Won't remove deep scratches but definitely improved optical clarity.
