Today before I left the shop, a friend of mine said I oughta remove the side cladding along the sides of my car(97 bird) when I install my xenon kit next spring. But then the lines of the front/rear bumper covers and the rest of the car would look odd/mis matched. So he said I should try getting 94-95 covers and put them on, but I thought I's end up having a gap around my headlights and hood, and I'd have to trim the foam, and the rear...no clue...also then the body kit it self may not fit/look right. I also though about jsut using bondo and filling in the "grooves" in the bumpers and then remove the side trim and weld the holes in, possibly use bondo, and smoothe out the sides. Has anyone seen a 96/97 done like this? and does anyone have any pictures?
