ok well heres the thing.... im not really afraid to tear anything apart and work on it. later this year or more like this summer i would like to do the j-mod. However i am a little afraid of messing up the trans and it not working properly after i finish. What is the likelyness of that happening?

If i was to do this....

How long would it take?
How much does it usually cost?
Is it all that hard to do?

thanks,

Patrick

Not re-torquing the VB bolts properly makes that very likely

4-6 hours depending on how well your tranny was maintained and how methodical you are.

Grand total about 140.00 including all the parts, drill bits and tranny fluid.

It's not hard, you just need to be very careful of everything if you've never dove into a 4R70W before.
