I would think it would be hard on wheel bearings, but people seem do it all the time. Who knows how long it lasts like that.

I’m not a fan of running spacers, it’s hard on your wheel bearings and ball joints.

I did it when I was younger on my Ford Ranger, and I was replacing wheel bearings every year.
