Is it possible that a 89-93 front end can be used on a 94-97 T-bird?
I've seen older models with the newer Xenon kits but I haven't seen a 94-97 Thunderbird with the pre-facelift front end.

It's really really easy too...I went the other way, myself, with a 95 hood/bumper/lights/header panel on my 96...I'm probably the only one to do that, splattered has an 89-93 SC front end on his 94-95 bird, these cars really never changed much 89-97 it was all bumpers and lights and hoods, that is it. Simple stuff....fun to expiriment with different combos too :)

Yes.. :D

Here's a 89-91 front end on a 95 Thunderbird with a 4.6L..

I was surprised they didn't run into engine to hood clearance issues with the flat 89-93 Thunderbird hood..Considering Ford added a slight bulge to the 94-95 hoods..

One would assume that bulge was added to accommodate the 4.6L engine not found stock in 89-93 Thunderbirds..

91-95 Cougar hoods are no taller than the 89-93 Tbird hoods and they had the 4.6. Hood clearance with the 4.6 is greatly exaggerated, my 96/7 swap fit fine even with the hoodliner in place

I actually think those "retro" body kits linked to in the post from a few years ago are kinda cool looking. I should buy one for my tired, worn-out '97 4.6 liter T-Bird sport. Too bad my interior is so crappy looking.

It would almost be worth it, were parts no so hard to come by for these cars.
