I am new here but I am totally lost and need help. I am working on a 2000 expedition transmission. It is 4r70 doing a total rebuild because one of the clutch piston seals went out. I got the full rebuild kit then pulled everything out, inspected and cleaned it all. I have rebuilt transmissions before with no problems but I went ahead and watched a step by step video and followed it step by step and everything went great. So, new bearings, bushing, gaskets, seals, full valve body inspection and springs also new torque converter. I installed the torque converter in the transmission and installed the transmission. Torque converter never moved when installing and slide straight in line with the transmission to the motor. Now the issue, I added 4 quarts fluid, started the engine and added 6 more then fluid starts coming out the bottom inspection hole where the rubber plug is at. Pulled transmission out again checked the pump gasket and seal and replaced the torque converter seal. I tried to pressure check the torque converter best I could and found no leaks best I could tell. Installed transmission again and it is pouring out the same place. It shift into gear fine and sounds great but I am at a loss on what to do now with the leak.
